Is there exit lighting installed? When was it last inspected and tested?

Is there an emergency plan posted? Please be prepared to email a copy of your plan if asked.

Are combustible materials disposed of properly and not allowed to accumulate?

Is electrical equipment all functional? Is there no overuse of extension cords?

Can you provide copies of any documentation to provide clarity about any concerns, should you be asked?
