All vendors must supply their own extension cords.
Food vendors MUST complete a Special Event Food Vendor Notification as per Alberta Health Services requirements. Information and Forms can be found at: https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/frm-19882.pdf
Food vendors must also be able to produce a valid Fire Inspection Certificate at the event. If you have any questions about Fire Inspections please call the Strathmore Fire Department at 403-934-3022.
All food concessions have hand sanitizer andprepackaged cutlery and condiments.
This is a drug and alcohol free event.
Payment is required to complete your registration. Due to the scale of this event, no refunds or withdrawls will be accepted. In the event of extreme weather the event Organizers may make the decision to cancel certain elements of the event including outdoor Food Trucks. If this occurs, those vendors that have been cancelled by the Powwow Organizers will receive a full refund.
